Train: From Narita airport, take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station. Change trains at Tokyo and jump on a Shinkansen bullet train out to Nagano. From Nagano you can either take a bus direct to Nozawa from Nagano Station, or take a train from Nagano to Togari Nozawa Onsen and bus or taxi to the village from there.
Taxi:Chuo taxi operates a direct bus service from Narita or Nagoya airports to Nozawa Onsen. It is door to door so nothing could be easier. Check out the Chuo Taxi Page.
Bus: Takes a little longer but will save you money. Take a bus from Shinjuku station in Tokyo to Nagano station. Take the train from Nagano Station to Togari Nozawa Onsen and then take the local bus to the village from there. Total cost of a return trip will be around ¥10000.
